长期从事生物化工,生物育种技术与装备及其应用,发酵工程,微流控微生物培养技术与装备及其应用,健康工程,酶工程,多糖生物医药创制,天然活性肽等方面的研究。其中,多糖裂解酶工程技术、生物育种技术与装备、降尿酸大鲵软骨活性肽技术已进入产业化应用,取得了显著的社会、经济和环境效益。已在国际、国内学术刊物发表论文300余篇,合作著书8本,译著教材2部,英文专著1部,获得发明专利100余件,其中5件国际专利,10余件专利转化应用。至今获得省部级奖4项,2014-2018年连续入选爱思唯尔高被引学者。作为清华-东工大等多个研究生联合培养项目负责人,为国际化教育发展做出贡献。

●  研究领域

主要研究方向包括生物化工,生物育种技术与装备及其应用,发酵工程,微流控微生物培养技术与装备及其应用,健康工程,酶工程,多糖生物医药创制,天然活性肽等方面的研究。长期坚持以问题为导向的工程科学思路,形成了生物化工基础和应用研究、技术和装备并重的学术特色,通过基础研究支撑应用转化,成功实现了科研成果的产业化应用。
